Juniata College 4, Delaware Valley College 1

DOYLESTOWN (PA) - Michelle Campbell and Kim Wagner scored two goals apiece as Juniata College, ranked 15th in Division III, won its eighth game in a row with a 4-1 triumph at Delaware Valley College.

The Eagles dropped their season opener but have not lost since then as they are 8-1 on the campaign. The Aggies saw their two-game winning streak come to an end as they fell to 7-3.

Following a scoreless first half, Juniata struck first just 2:32 into the second stanza as Campbell notched her fifth goal of the season off an assist from Ashleigh Ehnts. Campbell came through again with 20:24 remaining as she scored off a feed from Paula Price.

One minute later, it was 3-0 as Wagner, Juniata's leading scorer, took a feed from Jenn Moss and beat Delaware Valley goalkeeper Jackie Deschenes. Wagner then tallied her 10th goal of the year with 13:18 to go as Heather Hassinger was credited with an assist.

The Aggies avoided a shutout with just 22 seconds remaining as Bethany Pavlik connected for her 13th goals of the season. The unassisted tally also upped the sophomore's career point total to 58 and tied her for sixth place on the school's all-time list.

Juniata held a 21-9 advantage in shots. Abby Funk made five saves and picked up the win while Deschenes stopped nine shots for Delaware Valley.
