DOYLESTOWN (PA) - Brooke Woodland scored two goals, including the game winner with 9:13 remaining, as Division II Philadelphia University posted a 2-1 victory over host Delaware Valley College in a non-conference game.

The game was tied at 1-1 for a 35-minute stretch in the game until the Lady Rams (6-9) moved the ball into the Aggie box. A scramble ensued until Woodland took a short pass from Karen Bloomfield and scored her 17th goal of the season.

Delaware Valley (6-5) had several opportunities in the final minutes, including a pair of penalty corners in the waning seconds, but the Aggies could not muster the tying goal.

Woodland opened the scoring 5:39 into the contest off an assist by Robyn Halper. Delaware Valley tied it up with 9:16 to go before halftime as Lauren Lansberry picked up her second goal of the year off a feed from Michelle Cernobyl.

Philadelphia held a 22-14 advantage in shots. Jessica Snyder stopped 11 shots for the win while Amy Stafford made 14 saves for the Aggies.
