DOYLESTOWN (PA) - Lindsay Sabo scored one goal and tied a school record with four assists to lead nationally-ranked King's College to a 5-2 victory over host Delaware Valley College in a Freedom Conference game.

The victory improved the Lady Monarchs, ranked 17th in Division III, to 13-2 overall and 3-1 in conference play. The Aggies fell to 7-7, 2-3 and are now tied with DeSales University for the fourth and final playoff spot with two conference game remaining. Debbie Wychock notched the first goal 9:07 into the contest and Megan Farrell followed just five minutes later. Sabo's third assist in the half came with 13:42 remaining as Sarah McGrady put home Sabo's feed.

Sabo opened the scoring just 3:04 into the second stanza, successfully converting a pass from Grace King. Later in the half, the teams exchanged goals to leave King's with a 5-1 lead. Delaware Valley hit the board with 13:22 to go as freshman Bethany Pavlik notched her 10th goal of the season. However, Wychock responded with her second goal of the game off Sabo's record-tying feed.

Shannon Shivak ended the scoring with 21 seconds remaining as the senior tallied her fifth goal of the year off a corner. Pavlik and Nicole Stefanni were credited with the assists.
