Delaware Valley 3, Cedar Crest College 1

ALLENTOWN (PA) - Lauren Dubiel had a goal and an assist as Delaware Valley College won its third game in a row, a 3-1 non-conference victory at Cedar Crest College.

The Aggies (3-0) scored two goals in the final seven minutes of the first half for a 2-0 advantage. Bobbie Fultz notched her second goal of the season, an unassisted tally, with 7:05 left on the clock. Dubiel then found the cage for her second goal of the year with just 41 seconds remaining.

Cedar Crest made it a one goal game with 25:36 to go as Ashley Wenk successfully converted a penalty stroke. However, Delaware Valley regained the momentum just 57 seconds later as Dubiel set up Tiffany LaRosa for the senior's second tally of the year.

The Aggies held an 18-4 advantage in shots and a 9-1 advantage in corners. Freshman Jen Gately won her third straight game as she stopped three shots on the afternoon.
