CHESTER (PA) -- Widener University scored four goals in the first half as the Pioneers recorded a 4-0 shutout of visiting Delaware Valley College in a non-conference game.

Widener (8-4) got out to a quick 2-0 advantage as Christina Blanco scored a pair of unassisted goals in the first five minutes of the game. Ashley Civitarese's unassisted tally with 14:17 left in the half made it 3-0, and Erin Settles scored off an assist from Nicole Bosso with 4:30 to go

The Aggies (6-10) managed just one shot in the game, compared to 24 by the Pioneers. Corrie Small stopped 10 shots in the loss.
