Plattsburgh State 69, Delaware Valley College 66

BETHLEHEM (PA) - Shoshana Harris drained a 3-pointer with 1.8 seconds remaining to lift Plattsburgh State University to a 69-66 victory over Delaware Valley College in the consolation game of the 7th Annual STARTERS Moravian College Winter Classic.

The Aggies (4-7) trailed by as many as 10 in the second half, but clawed their way back and tied the contest at 62-62 when Brooke Dittmar hit a pair of free throws with 2:13 remaining. The Cardinals (3-6) took the lead on two more occasions, but Delaware Valley responded each time, including Kim Vennera layup with eight ticks to go.

Plattsburgh came down and Harris hit a long 3-pointer to take the lead. Moira Donohue's game-tying attempt from just inside the halfcourt line fell a little short as the buzzer sounded. Harris finished with 20 points to pace the Cardinals.

Kim Vennera was named to the all-tournament team for the Aggies as the sophomore guard notched 21 points and five rebounds. Donohue finished with 13 points and six boards while Dittmar added a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds.
