DONOHUE NAMED TO CONFERENCE HONOR ROLL

DOYLESTOWN (PA) - Delaware Valley College senior guard Moira Donohue (Philadelphia, PA/Cardinal Dougherty) has been named to the Freedom Conference Women's Basketball Honor Roll for the week ending December 2.

Donohue led the Aggies to a 2-0 week by averaging 27.5 points, 5.5 assists and 2.5 rebounds per game while shooting a red-hot 58.8 percent from the field. She opened with a career-high 33 points, including a pair of game-winning free throws with 13 seconds left, in the 89-88 double-overtime victory over Drew University on November 27. Donohue then followed with 22 points and six assists four days later in a 20-point win at Keystone College.

Donohue, a 2006 all-conference second-team honoree, paces the team with 16.6 points per game. She is 28 points shy of becoming just the 10th player in program history to reach the 1,000-point plateau for a career.

Delaware Valley is 2-3 overall and returns to action on Tuesday, December 4 (7:00 p.m.) when it travels to Widener University for a non-conference game.
