Women's Basketball - 2004-05 Season

Head coach Laura Hogan and the Aggies finished the 2004-05 season with a 12-12 overall record and a 4-10 mark in the Freedom Conference.

Delaware Valley began the season by capturing the Frostburg State Jim Crawley Classic Championship. The Aggies set a school record for points in a game with a 111-75 rout of Hood College in the opening round, and notched a 61-53 victory over eventual NCAA qualifier Frostburg State the next day in the championship game.

Senior center Bridget Golden concluded her record-setting career by earning second team, all-conference honors. She averaged a double-double (13.7 points, 11.7 rebounds) for the third straight year and became the Aggies' all-time leader in both rebounds (984) and blocked shots (201). She finished fifth on the career scoring list with 1,257 points.

Freshman point guard Shannon O'Neill was voted by the Freedom Conference coaches as the co-Rookie of the Year. She averaged seven points per game and placed in the conference's top 10 in three categories, including assists where she was second with 3.8 dishes per game.
