Moravian College 71, Delaware Valley College 57

BETHLEHEM (PA) - Moravian College used a 14-4 run in the latter stages of the game to pull away from visiting Delaware Valley College and notch a 71-57 victory in a non-conference game.

The Aggies (0-7) pulled to within four, 47-43, as Raheem Wiggins hit a layup with 7:55 remaining in the contest. However, Moravian (5-2), behind eight points from Chris Earley, scored 14 of the next 18 for a 61-47 advantage with 1:32 to go. Delaware Valley never got closer than 12 points the rest of the way.

Earley finished with 16 points to lead the Greyhounds. Maurice Young added 13 points in the victory.

Wiggins was 9-for-14 from the field and finished with 19 points and six boards off the bench for the Aggies. Zack Van Dyke hit double figures with 15 points while Bill Gelsomini added nine points in the loss.
