Arcadia University 72, Delaware Valley College 54

GLENSIDE (PA) - Arcadia University used a strong second half to pull away to a 72-54 victory over visiting Delaware Valley College in a Freedom Conference game.

Arcadia (9-11, 3-4) held a 30-24 lead at halftime before it shot 50 percent from the field and outscored the Aggies (2-18, 0-8), 42-34, in the final 20 minutes. The Knights led by as many as 19 in the second half and the closest Delaware Valley came was six at, 51-45, with 8:41 remaining.

Bobby Mulholland led Arcadia with 18 points, seven rebounds and six assists. Eric Elliot and Sterling Green followed with 12 and 11 points respectively.

Delaware Valley was paced by freshman Jason Goldheimer's 17 points. Matt Beichey added 14 points and eight rebounds while Brian Hilinski chipped in with 10 points and seven boards.
