St. John Fisher College 91, Delaware Valley 66

NEW WILMINGTON (PA) - St. John Fisher College outscored Delaware Valley College, 52-31, in the second half as the nationally-ranked Cardinals posted a 91-66 victory in the consolation game of the Westminster College Buzz Ridl Classic.

St. John Fisher (1-1), ranked seventh in the D3hoops.com Top 25 poll before Friday's lost to Baldwin-Wallace held a 39-35 advantage at halftime and then opened the game in the second stanza. The Cardianls went 34-for-47 at the foul line, including a 22-for-28 showing in the second half. Delaware Valley was 12-for-21 from the charity strip, 6-for-12 in the final 20 minutes.

Dominque Brown paced the Aggies (0-2) for the second straight night as he notched 18 points and five steals. Zack Van Dyke came off the bench to add 16 points and a team-best six boards.

Justin Biegel led St. John Fisher with 18 points and eight rebounds while Sean O'Brien and Dan McSweeney had 15 points apiece.
