DeSales University 103, Delaware Valley 77


CENTER VALLEY (PA) - DeSales University led from start to finish and set a school records by shooting 67.2 percent from the field in the Bulldogs' 103-77 victory over visiting Delaware Valley College in a Freedom Conference game.

DeSales (12-4, 4-1) hit a 3-pointer just four seconds into the game and never looked back. The team connected on 41 of 61 shots from the field, including a 22-for-31 (71.0%) effort in the second half.

David Spadt led the attack with 23 points on 9-for-13 shooting. Phil Stricker was a perfect 7-for-7 from the field for 14 points while Michael Venafra also added 14. Steve Kriczky came off the bench to hit all five of his shots from the field, including one 3-pointer, and both foul shots for 13 points.

Orlon Baker came off the bench to lead the Aggies (6-9, 1-4) with 17 points and seven rebounds in 24 minutes. Isaiah Pinckney and Mike Ezell added 13 and 12 points respectively while Randal Graves dished out five assists.
