King's College 65, Delaware Valley 42

WILKES-BARRE (PA) -- The Delaware Valley College men's basketball team dropped a 65-42 decision at King's College in Freedom Conference action from Wednesday night.

The loss dropped the Aggies to 5-16 overall and 0-11 in conference play, while the Monarchs improved to 14-8, 7-4.

King's shot 56 percent from the field in the first half as it built a 34-18 advantage. The Monarchs, who led by as many as 30, were dominant inside as they held a 40-18 advantage on the boards and went to the foul line 23 times compared to just three by the Delaware Valley.

Freshman center Brian Singer paced the Aggies with seven points. Mike Dawson, Randall Graves, Kevin Wright and Josh Wurtz had six points apiece.
