Baseball - 2003 Season

Head coach Bob Altieri and the Aggies finished the 2003 season with a 19-14 overall record and a 10-8 mark and a playoff spot in the Freedom Conference. The trp to the postseason was the seventh straight for the team.

Junior first baseman Mark Roth became the first Delaware Valley baseball player to be named an All-American (second team). The Freedom Conference co-MVP was dominant all season as he paced both the team and the conference in eight categories, inlcuding batting average (.505), slugging percentage (.910), on-base percentage (.600), total bases (101), home runs (9) and RBIs (42).

Sophomores Sean Meister (.387 avg, 46 hits) and Brandon McCabe (.350, 5 home runs) joined Roth as first team, all-Freedom Conference selections. Junior Bret Thiel (.330, 34 RBIs) and freshman Dave Keeler (5-1, 3.40 ERA) were named to the second team
