Mentoring Program

DelVal offers alumni a unique chance to interact with students and share the benefits of their experience in their field of study. Students are paired with alumni on the basis of their major and career interests. The program allows allows students to network with alumni in various ways.

Alumni may give as much or as little time to the student as their schedule allows. Any experience and guidance will help to give students even a small edge in today's competitive job market. The Office of Career and Life Education gives suggestions for ways to spend time to each student-mentor pair in order to accomplish the goals that each are hoping for in their partnership.
