SPRING 2014 HEALTH & SAFETY OF THE FOOD SYSTEM
This seminar series will discuss the food system from the perspective of health and safety. Topics will include biosecurity, food safety, the microbiome, and the safety of herbicides and pesiticides. The series of four seminars will give an overview of the health and safety of our food systems, for plants, animals and humans, locally and around the globe.
All seminars are held in Mandell 114 on the Delaware Valley Campus from 6:00-7:30 p.m.
