This specialization hones the student’s understanding and principles to be successful in a human resource career.

Topics include:

  • latest global and diversity trends
  • multinational corporations with differing cultures
  • HR systems and policies, including employee/labor relations and leadership

Students will examine the current state of succession planning and executive decision-making, strategic human resource management and planning. The specialization prepares students to analyze legal issues, and recommend policies and procedures that can minimize lawsuits exposure.
