  • Allow you to customize a program that fits with your professional interests, skills and goals
  • Provide an understanding of how social, cultural, political and economic factors influence human development
  • Offer a curriculum of 12, 48 or 60 credits, depending on your needs

Choose from one of these specializations:

  • Social Justice Community Counseling

Our faculty members are practicing psychologists and active researchers in the field. This program will prepare culturally competent mental health practitioners to engage in therapy, counseling, outreach, advocacy and research in community mental health agencies, private practice, hospitals, schools, public and private health facilities, community agencies, business and university settings.
