Biography

Ruth Trubniki has been an associate professor since 2009 in the Department of Mathematics and Physics and served as an assistant professor from 2003 to 2009. She has taught courses in calculus, business statistics, statistics for research, elementary functions, finite mathematics, algebra, and developed a new mathematics (elective) course titled Introduction to Actuarial Science.

Dr. Trubniki was born in Baku, Azerbaijan and immigrated to the United States in 1990. She is happily married with a daughter and two grandsons.
