Lawrence Stelmach has been teaching at Delaware Valley University for 14 years and currently serves as chair of the business and information management department. His business career has included two years at AIG, 11 years at Air Products and Chemicals, five years at Fisher Group, and nine years at Johnson & Johnson. He was involved in chemical research early in his career, then business development, sales, divestitures and acquisitions, and startegic planning. He also served as vice president and general manager of a business unit at Johnson & Johnson, where he provided hemostasis diagnostic products.
Stelmach is married, with two children. His wife, Joan, implements software programs to doctor's offices and does web design for non-profits. His daughter, Casey, Is an engineering graduate from Dartmouth who works in the energy conservation industry and his son, Greg, is a DelVal 2014 graduate.
